Great place - first and foremost, the Techs/Employees are very personable and professional. Text based check-in is easy and works well. I've gone to the Midland location at least three years and have never waited more than 2-3 minutes at best. Great Place!!!

I made an appointment online. I got to the office on time. I was told they couldn’t find my appointment even though I had proof on my phone I was told sorry we couldn’t find your appointment and I have two other people booked at the same time so, so sorry. I’ll never go to quest again, even though I’d been there many times before but as a walk in. If there online is so unreliable, they should get rid of it or improve it.

Excellent service with minimal to no discomfort during blood draw. Results are quickly shared with me and my doctors. Staff is always professional and courteous.

Signed in as a "stand by" and was called back quickly by Jasmine. She was thorough and efficient. I have small thin veins and she chose smaller vials for me and did a great job getting the needle in on her first try. Painless.

I’m trying to call the lab in Midland but the number is not the Midland lab. This drives me crazy!!! Where is the receptionist? My mother and my mother in law would be lost if they had to “Check in” y quest labs assume that everyone is tech savvy…NO NOT EVERYONE!!.,

Went in as walk-in at 10:30am and the first appointment that was offered was not until 2:30pm. This is not walk-in service, so it should not be advertised as such.

I am impressed about the Midland location.Unlike the Saginaw, the service is excellent. Cody went out of his way to be helpful, and the lady there is really nice too.Practically no waiting time, unlike the Saginaw location where I had to wait over 3 hours to be seen by anyone.

Quest is the slowest lab results place I've ever been to in my life. I got a test done 8 business days ago and have called everyday wondering where they are. It said 2-5 business days and it's been 8. I went in and they didn't help me at all. Do not get any test or lab done there. I'm beyond mad.

First visit there, very efficient and user friendly electronic check in process. Monitor gives you an accurate (at least today) estimate as to the time duration until your likely service. Registration very smooth by the phlebotomist in the clean and roomy blood drawing area. Person drawing the blood was very pleasant as well as technically competent-with very little discomfort during needle insertion. Nice job of pressure dressing to reduce chance of hematoma and good technique overall. Small but comfortable Waiting Room was nearly full (8-10) folks at 9 am, but moved very efficiently. Will go here and refer friends-family in the future.
