I think it's a little stupid that Google will only let you leave one review. The most recent issue I've had with this dealership, while relatively minor, leaves serious doubts for me in their quality control for service.
I had my spark plugs replaced on my 2017 Ford escape, and for that service the windshield wipers have to be removed to access the top of the engine. When the windshield wipers were put back, they were put back in the wrong position. It's not that hard to check that they're in the right position, there are markers in the glass to line up the wiper blades (in pictures I've attached). You can also see how the wiper blades aren't lined up. For how much it costs to do service at a dealership, you would hope they could check these not insignificant things. Any instructions on removing the wipers includes how to put them back correctly.
While this may be a small problem, this is on top of the issue I had about a year ago when this same dealership failed to properly tighten the ground wire on a freshly installed battery, making my car short out several times before I was able to identify the issue. I brought the car to the dealership and they didn't even read the check engine light till I asked them to after telling me it would be two weeks before they could look at the car. This issue caused me to be dead at an intersection with no power, and no way to put the car in neutral.
I would never use this dealership, even for the most routine of maintenance. It's a pattern of poor quality control.
