The process involves evaluating how a person walks, taking an imprint of the feet to see how they stand and figure the arch, and using a techie apparatus to check the feet. Associates help customers get fitted with just the right shoe, suggesting inserts, compression socks, or insoles to address issues like swelling or arch comfort. The shoes, socks, and accessories are of the highest quality, though not cheap. The result is a great improvement in comfort, with customers walking out very happy and with no pain. The customer service is second to none, with pleasant and professional staff ensuring a very good experience.
