Staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the experience personal, fun, and memorable. They go above and beyond to help customers, offering phenomenal and impressive service. The process involves evaluating how a person walks, taking an imprint of the feet to see how they stand and figure the arch, and using a techie apparatus to check the feet. Associates help customers get fitted with just the right shoe, suggesting inserts, compression socks, or insoles to address issues like swelling or arch comfort. The shoes, socks, and accessories are of the highest quality, though not cheap. The result is a great improvement in comfort, with customers walking out very happy and with no pain. The customer service is second to none, with pleasant and professional staff ensuring a very good experience.

I went into Runners in Midland today for the first time. Abbey helped me and was the sweetest girl. She was very thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough. I bought two types of shoes and cannot wait to try them. I would highly recommend Runners in Midland.

My husband and I are from out of town, but decided to head in and look for some new shoes! We had an incredible experience. They evaluated our feet, helped fit the shoes, and were so kind with our toddlers who came in with us. Family owned, 10/10 recommend. Will most likely come back here when I need my next pair!
