Came in one day to usethe men’s restroom(urinal) and person who came out of bathroom stall was a female employee (thanks for not putting sign on door of female in men’s restroom)Came in another time to make a purchase and the female at cash register appeared to be under the influence of something and could hardly stand without falling backwards..Keep it classy midland shell????

I gave this place another shot, because I found myself needing a breeze pro vape late at night. I was sold another faulty vape that died within 2 days. They typically last me a week. I'm not sure where they obtain their merchandise, but this has happened to 80% of the vapes I have bought from here. At this point, my main concern is that they buy products from unsafe sources, as counterfeit vapes are a very real thing. I don't understand how they consistently sell such low quality products, I don't think it's a far reach to assume that the same applies for other products sold in this store. They also charge 1.5x the price of what the smoke shops in town charges, so at the very least, they could make sure their products aren't defective, but hey, that's a tall ask I guess.

I have Crohns disease and I stopped this morning because of my Crohns. Used the restroom and left the restroom. When I walked past the worker she says "that's all you came in here for?" I replied yes, I have Crohns disease and I really had to go. "You better not have left me a mess" I tld her I don't leave messes. She waved my off like a little kid with a disgusted look on her face. I'm 63 not a little kid.

Worker was rude when I tried to buy something inside. This is sad, I always try and support shell, I think they have good gas and I like there reward/discount program. However if this is how they train there employees I'll shop else.
