Andrew Brown is very hard to get ahold of for a simple transaction that I need him to fix for me but no instead my end is just going to keep saying pending never going to a shell gas station again imma stick my speedways

Horrible customer service from manager, very rude. Since change in management store has gone down hill. It is dirty, you feel as though you are bothering the workers.

Just left this store after the "manager" Joel finished his power trip. No customer service skills. The store manager of this location should be ashamed having a person like this working for them. I really think he needs his job reexplained to him about taking care of the customers you get.
