I'd have to say I am very disappointed in the treatment from Brandon Thompson. He's rude, disrespectful, and does not give any notices about locking your storage unit AND WILL LOCK IT EVEN IF YOU PAY THE RENT ON IT. NEVER renting from this place again, ever.
