The ladies at the Midland office are always so friendly and very helpful. They start to recognize you after just a few visits and that greeting reflects it. Had only moved to town 9 months ago and with all the changes I had to do they gave me spot on recommendations to insure my mail would arrive to me.

Hands down, the friendliest staff!! Super helpful, even when they are busy! Anytime there is a line, it moves quickly!

My wife and I made an appointment to get our passport photos taken and applications for renewed passports mailed at Midland post office. We were served immediately and the agent, Katie, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, detailed, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended!
