Came into Verizon due to a broken phone. Accidentally dropped it and the screen shattered. Sam and Aaron were able to work magic and get everything from my old shattered screen phone, that you could barely operate, updated into my new Google Pixel Pro 9 XL. These two gentlemen knocked it out of the park. I greatly appreciated all their help.
