Don’t have anything , employee tried to justify their sq footage is the reason.
If you want the bare minimum supplies at an all time high rate, this is your store.
Save yourself the stress and time , aswell money and go to any other ace or hardware store.
They also took my water bottle I left on th e counter and claim they can’t look at the camera footage , corporate has been contacted.

Stopped at a couple of places to have a key made and nobody could seem to find a match. Decided to stop at Milan Ace. They had trouble also but looked into it further. Went into the back room and came out with a key that was close but needed a little extra work. Mitchell went above and beyond to make something out of nothing. I know it’s just a key but it’s nice when people really do try to be good at their job. Thanks again

Only place in the area with a pole saw after we were hit with the ice storm, but the in-store price was higher than their website and they wouldn’t price match. Unfortunately I had no choice but to pay extra, but I won’t be back again.
