The store isn't very clean. Some of the baggers don't know how to bag groceries correctly. Also the prices are too high. Also just some rude people in general.

ALWAYS out of stock and if you call the store for ANY reason the woman that works customer service is VERY, VERY rude. This particular store does not do delivery, HOWEVER instacart DOES do delivery from this store. I've had several employees argue this fact with me but when I place ordered in the KROGER app I have it set for the Milan store and Instacart fulfills it. The past FIVE times I've went the half gallons of half & half have been either out or they expire in 2-3 days which is ridiculous because half & half lasts for months unopened. Same with other products, always out or close to expiration. The only reason I continue to shop at this store is because the only grocer near me is very expensive and the other Kroger that is the same distance as this one is just as bad. Makes me miss Louisville Kroger, they were clean, courteous and always full on stock. Oh, and I received MOLDY fruit yesterday in a delivery. The shopper should have inspected the fruit, as they should shop for customers like they would for themselves, but shame on Kroger for even having it available.

Don't give this place your business and I'll explain why.
Frequent issues:
Zero stock for food items, across the board from frozen, fresh, snacks, beverages, etc. You're going to see several completely barren spots on the shelves every time.
Often dirty. You'll find dust on shelves and items. Floor often looks like it hasn't been given a thorough cleaning since it opened.
Staff are hit or miss. Some incredibly friendly, some very not at all.
Small selection meaning that they don't carry any brand of some particular foods.
Lastly, and most EGREGIOUS, their prices are a rip-off. No I'm not talking about inflation, I'm talking about paying on average $1.30 more on many many many items.
They know they're the only grocery store in town and so they engage in consumer hostile practices like high prices and low quality. This place doesn't deserve your hard earned money, if you can afford it and are physically able to just go one city north or south on 23 corridor and you'll have a far more pleasant experience.
Pros: it's close, that's it. That's the only thing.

Wow. Not sure i will ever go back. Check out clerk was about as lazy and non customer focused as any i have ever seen. I stopped in for a few things tonight at about 8:15 and saw pop on sale buy 2 get 2 for free. I pick out 4 12 packs plus a cart full of other stuff. When I get my total it seems too high by about 20 bucks. I ask before paying about why. She says that offer was only for Kroger plus customers. The guy says give him a card and that will pull the 20 off and he can become one. She gets me a card but says it is too late for this purchase. I had not paid at this point and should have left not paying for anything. Busch's Valueland is right up the road. Could have gotten everything and not felt taken advantage of. I paid and took my stuff but would like to talk to a manager. I don't know if they will reach out, but if not, I will be sure to let friends and family know how Kroger operates. Not happy and wish zero stars were an option.

Don't feel comfortable shopping there. I did work there and they let me go because of someting stupid June 2024. I did work for the place almost 2 years and 11 mouths. The treat my family like terrible since then. They rather shop at any other kroger then this milan kroger.

I quickly stopped by here while passing by to pick up a few items. This Kroger is smaller than others but has all the necessities. The only items I needed but weren’t sold here were whole coconuts. The service is good, however, and employees helped me immediately when I asked them if they stocked whole coconuts.

I was shocked when I reached to get a gallon of "ORGANIC" milk saw what it was sitting on. OMGOSH!!! There is no reason for our grocery store to be so nasty!! That shelf was full of mold. I had to take pictures of it and the one below it. ??? No wonder there's so much sickness around. ??
