I have nothing but POSITIVE experiences working with First Merchants bank. I am a recent customer, but was treated as an old friend on day one. Kate is a treasure and always goes the extra mile to assist me with any issue .

This is an awesome bank! The tellers are very personable, they care about you and will try to help you in any way they can. I've had issues a few banks and this one beats even my high expectations, so I don't understand how it gets such bad reviews but I cannot disagree more. It's even good after the transition. A+
