My family has always used Cheryl at the Milford Kroger for homecoming & prom flowers. I needed an arrangement for a very special occasion & knew Cheryl would go over & above on this jaw dropping arrangement. Thank You!

Frequently out of stock of common items, added extra self-checkout lanes which are now always closed, one register open if you're lucky, and pharmacy line is usually 3-5 people long.

Horrible customer service. Act as if they are doing us a favor!! It's the only game in town so we pay high prices and suffer the disrespect!! This is not everyone please understand but the pharmacy is a good example of this behavior. Employees don't make contact because they may have to help you or answer a question. If you have the time go to the Milford Grocery or Meijer.

Went in today and there were 3 customers not wearing masks, and the place was very busy. I will be going to the White Lake location in the future as this location disregards the Covid protocol....

I recommend Kroger if you go into the store to do your own shopping. But tonight I had a very bad experience with curbside pickup. When I collected my order I had none of the meat that I requested, prices were wrong on items that I purchased and there were things on my order that were not purchased but were also not listed on a not found item list. once I got home i was putting my groceries away I noticed some of my bottles of Powerade were extremely dented in, my blueberry packet was open in the bag so they were all at the bottom of my bag and I had pistachios I didn't even order in one of my bags. I'm going to have to go out shopping myself tomorrow to get the items that I wasn't able to get.

We have been doing curbside pick-up, but the website showed some items in store only. We thought you had to actually go in the store to get the items. Late at night items were available. My husband went first thing in the morning and the shelves were bare. Stock people said they don't have any. Who is in charge of the website? Someone needs to fix it to show only available items! Why have a website if you don't want to use it correctly? This should be someone's job to keep it up to date. Obviously scanning an item doesn't effect the amount in stock.

So tired of this Kroger! This Kroger is always under staffed, or they just disappear. I was just there and 2 people were waiting for help at the self-checkout and no staff to be found. I walked to the other self-checkout and was done before the Kroger employee returned. I went to Customer Service to try to help the people out who needed help and I was told "She is with a customer". Told them 2 or 3 people needed help and this time was cut off and told (by a manager, as a

Generally a very clean and well stocked store. Used their pharmacy for the first time recently and the person who waited on me and the Pharmacist were both very pleasant.

My all time favorite produce! In stock and fresh. I could not give all stars because the pharmacy is slow. Always behind and the drive thru is only for looks. Which is a bummer since they have so much going for them.

If Roger Moore, Roger Federer, or Roger Rabbit come up to you and tell you an awful Dad joke (who but the French would do such a cringey thing! Paris the thought!), just roll your eyes and say "K, Roger." This is a tiny little village location in a large Plaza in Milford which is quite a long way Northwest of Detroit and not really close to any highways, so it'll take you quite a while to get over here. They're well stocked in most things and they're actually friendly enough - maybe because it's a small town. But I definitely wouldn't come here if I wasn't already in Milford for something else - like for example when I come here to use the gym. Which is kind of an iffy gym despite being shiny and new. Barbie liked this store - "this is a nice grocery store. Their prices are a bit high, but their sales are good. They have organic produce, which is great. They also have lots of vegan and gluten-free products. The store is always clean and tidy."

I've been shopping at this store for 19 yrs and for whatever the reason the level of service is just getting worse and worse. Example: they have 12 self service checkout registers yet only 4 are open/working and since the other check out resisters only had 3 lines open, there were as many as 12 people waiting to check out. Sadly I had two items so that self serve one would've been great.
