This is a great place for compounding animal prescriptions! They even offer chicken flavor for my ill kitty. Fast, friendly service too! I'll certainly be back for all my animal prescriptions.

this place really saved my holidays. my pharmacy had shut down and I needed a new one but everyone I called said they didn't have a medication so I was told about abbeys and called and they got my meds to me in such a hurry it was so nice I can leave on time and enjoy my family thank you so much jeff

Abby pharmacy is awesome! Jeff is an awesome pharmacist who will go the extra mile for his customers. I also love the rest of the staff they've always been very respectful and treated me with top quality service. I tell all my friends that complain about the big box pharmacies to go to Abby pharmacy, where they're going to be treated with respect and better service than any Big box pharmacy. Abbey pharmacy is the best and I highly recommend them to all my family, friends and anyone wanting to be treated with respect and top quality service. Employees of Abby pharmacy thank you for being so awesome!

Jeff and his team are the best around. I had been using big box stores for years and kept getting horrible results, rude staff etc.At Abbey, with Jeff, I get a nice quiet small town feel. Jeff makes you feel welcomed and never like a nuisance.

I was missing some of my medication so I call and talk to the girl that answers the phone she was very nice ask to put me on hold to check next thing I know I was hung-up on and when I called back it went straight to voice mail three times pulled all my meds out and went to Milford CVS so much better. I can't believe they hung up on me. Don't go there to much drama.

The pharmacy may be ok for humans but not much regard for an pup that has seizures without his bronchial meds. We ran out when the vet failed to tell us that they weren’t included in the bag of refills but they did call in a script to Abbey Pharmacy on Monday. Monday evening the pharmacy couldn’t find the script. Tuesday morning I called again and they finally located it and said it would be filled. I went into town and stopped in at 1:30 and was told I had 2 scripts in front of mine, and I could wait so I said I would come back. How could there be others in front of one that they had since Monday at 10am? Called from car and asked if I shopped at Kroger if I could swing back and get them. No. They will call me when they are done. Period. I appreciate that humans are more important, but I’m a human and to see my dog have a seizure that leaves him with tongue hanging out and not breathing, I am upset.

I get we live in a free market and businesses have the right to make money, but we just purchased a COVID test and they charged $20. Thinking that was the going rate my wife bought it. Only to find that same test is sold at MENARDS (a home improvement store) for $10!!! I mean way to gouge your customers (last time for me).

I used to love this pharmacy but have to say it sure is not the same. Very rude and disrespectful. Nothing transferred over and and when you confront the pharmacist it is all your fault and we got double charged for his mistake!!

This pharmacy WAS a good.place to refill prescription meds. Since Jeff has become the pharmacist Abbey Pharmacy has declined to an unacceptable business. He complains about being too busy, that he is not.appreciated enough, and everything he does.takes.too.much time. He actually has hung.up the phone on this customer. He says it upsets him when he does not refill a patients meds even when that patient is out.of.pills And.furthermore.it.is.YOUR fault for pointing out the obvious the patient needs these meds. They are not.a.suggestion and can't wait.until the following day "sometime" or.if the person who is.currently ill can return to.work. He claims this sort of discussion will cause him to "make a mistake on.meds and kill someone" Following that up.with " is that what you want " He clearly cannot.handle responsibility and needs to work elsewhere or.not.at all if.he cannot.handle or function appropriately. The meds are always late and the reasons riddled.with excuses. DO NOT go here. The previous crew here functioned well and politely. And delivered the services on time. This is a poor.excuse for a necessary business.with Jeff at the helm. In short get.over yourself and do your job. Abbey Pharmacy shoudl.get.ZERO.rating.
