I normally don't go to O'Reilly. I prefer auto zone but I was at my dad's and that's where he goes cause it's close to his house and we got excellent service. We were there for a min getting to figure out what we needed. They were knowledgeable and helpful. My car was back on the road and sounding great within the hour.

If you want your car intact, find another place.I Came to purchase and change a headlight light bulb for my car as part of their service.The worker broke a part of my car and didn’t change the light bulb.

Beware, if you purchase a part or parts and then need an engine code erased, this is not the place to shop. I was told by an employee that it is against policy to reset engine codes and they would not assist further. Needless to say, this is the last time I will be visiting this store.

Always rude. Say they have the parts you need, then when you get there, they don’t. Their record keeping is terrible!!Do not recommend!!!!

Thanks for shipping the wrong parts twice! After waiting 24 hours my 02 sensor was twice as short as needed. After specifically stating I needed the longest harness out of the two types. I got the shortest one. On day two I had to reorder and wait another 24 hours. The next part looked in order over the counter but after removing the plastic cap of the sensor IT WAS USED! FILTHY caked in dirt & debris. Obviously corroded inside. after lifting truck and removing tire along with wheel well plastic it was disheartening I had to install a used part just to drive 2 hours home. Yes MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON. I'll be returning your substandard quality 02 sensor ASAP. Smfh

Terrible customer service. My 20-year old daughter’s car battery died while at the gym. Thankfully she got a jump start and there was an O’Reilly Auto Parts store very close. I told her to go get a new battery and ask if they are able to install it. She said the nice kid at the desk stated it shouldn’t be a problem. When she picked out her new battery, the kid called the store manager and he told her they couldn’t install it. She went back to her car and the battery was dead again. She called me and I left my daughters basketball practice and came up to the store to give her a jump. I asked the store manager, Ray, why he refused to install a battery for a customer. I have always bought my batteries at O’Reilly and never had an issue other than maybe a short wait. Ray said he only had one other employee in the building and it was getting dark. The service was requested at 530pm in broad daylight. I simply looked outside and said to Ray it isn’t dark and it isn’t raining. I let him know I didn’t appreciate the unprofessional service. I will never buy an auto part from O’Reilly again after this terrible experience
