I have been a member just over four years. The wi-fi in the facility sucks. It always has a weak to non existent signal. I have asked multiple times about there other private networks without avail. They also use the excuse that it is down and being repaired. This is unfortunate because the gym is usually clean and is in a great location for locals.

Love this powerhouse! The gym is clean, the machines are up to date and well maintained. Everytime I come here the staff is helpful and friendly. It also has some of the best lighting of any gym I’ve been to. Really helps you catch that pump in the mirror and feel good about a workout !

Milford Powerhouse is the best gym around IMO! The gym is clean, the trainers are professional and they are well versed in meeting anyone's goal. The building and equipment are top notch and new equipment is always being added.

By far the best facility around, Has all the equipment you could ask for and is always kept very clean. Owner and management are very friendly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Powerhouse Gym to anyone!

World class fitness facility! If I could give this place 10 stars I would but google limits me to 5 sadly. Kind and friendly staff, state of the art equipment that is always clean and well organized hygiene friendly locker rooms. Seriously the #1 gym in the area and like the great Ricky Bobby said “if you’re not first, you’re last!!!”

Clean, organized and a 24/7 facility. Staff are all knowledgeable and friendly, customers the same. The owner is constantly working to improve the facility and listens to his patrons requests for equipment, etc. I strongly recommend this gym for all levels of training.

Class gym. Super clean facility with great equipment. Was only there for a week when I was visiting and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, made it feel just like home. Would definitely recommend!!

Went there for a day pass won't be back saw a Manager talked down to a customer in a very disrespectable matter.
