ZINA, the new pharmacy manager has no clue. Dave and Fadi being gone will hurt this store. The new pharmacy manager, Zina, has terrible customer service skills and profiles people. She is making this whole store no longer worth going to. Management at the upper level since the restructure is just as bad.

I'm so disappointed I used to LOVE my neighborhood riteaid but since Dave & Fadhi left the only bright spot left is Chase!! Customer Service is non existent and impersonal I have been waiting for 4 days for eye drops calling EVERY Day getting told tomorrow NOW I just got told they just ordered them and I will have them Monday SHAME ON RITE AID FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE!!!

I am new to this pharmacy since the Walgreen in Milford closed. I have to say that Zinah, Diana, and the entire pharmacy department are absolutely AMAZING! They are the kindest, warmest and most professional people I have ever met. I was very concerned changing pharmacies, but it turned out to be the best thing to happen for me! Thank you!

I am very happy with Rite Aid in Milford, MI. They do a very nice job and are much better than the other chains as far as I'm concerned. I've been to the other two national chains locally and Rite Aid does it much more efficiently and quickly. Thank you for being so helpful.

Me and my daughter visit rite aid milford to get a drink and a guy started having a heart attack and fell on the floor and the cashier and pharmacist helped him and because of there fast response the guy survived. good jobrite aid ? ? you guy are awesome
