The workers here actually ruin my day every time I go to this Starbucks. They are always so rude to me, I always order through my rewards app so really there should be no reason for mistakes, BUT I do understand we’re all human. What I don’t understand is when I kindly ask you to fix said mistake you (the barista) gets an attitude with me, at 7:30 in morning no less. Sorry you have to do your job? Don’t know what to tell you.

The lady that was closing tonight (February 27) was EXTREMELY rude and was just rushing everything; snapped at my girlfriend when all she wanted to know was if there were any grilled cheeses available. After she got one, she dropped it later in the store so I went and tried to get her another one. It was AN HOUR till they close, and she said “No, I’m closing down shop.” That is NOT how things work, yall are supposed to be civil with customers AND serve hospitality during OPEN hours, doesn’t matter that you’re close to close.

Taryn is seriously the best employee ever! I ordered in the app and horribly messed up my order, she confirmed the drink details before making it and helped me figure out what I was trying to do and did it better than I could've ever asked. She is amazing and deserves a raise!!

I purchased 4 apple crisp frap and nobody could drink them. When we picked them up the lady at the counter told us that she doesn't like to make these. And that apples should be with coffee. I order these all the time and this was not made right at all like she had no care for my order because she doesn't like making them. So disappointing. I should have just threw my money in the trash. Because that's what I did to my coffee

I ordered a caramel macchiato with oatmilk, salted caramel cold foam, and extra caramel. That is absolutely not what I got. What I got seemed to be a cup of oatmilk with whipped cream on top. There was no caramel to be seen at all and the drink was very light, wayy to light to be a macchiato (I added a picture, if you want to find it and see). I would have brought it up to the barista if she was not known to be quite rude to customers, which is why I ordered on the app in the first place. Whenever I order through her she's quite snippy, so I didn't want to have to argue with her over my drink. Basically, I paid $7 for a cup of oat milk and whipped cream. I wouldn't go here unless you were desperate.

Obviously kids are off school. They tend to hang out here when they are off. Makes it hard to sit and enjoy my drink so, I left with it instead of sitting. No fault of Starbucks though. Thanks for good coffee and service

So went to go order a coffee, stood in line for 23 minutes, one person behind the counter, it took her 15 minutes to make two drinks because she was too busy chitchatting. Once she finished the drinks she still stayed there and chitchatted before taking anyone to order, didn’t acknowledge that were waiting in line didn’t say hey I’ll be right with you, just ignored us and kept talking to her friend. Absolutely bloody ridiculous.

"Barista" took and made one order at a time, while looking much less than enthused to be helping anyone. Did not seem interested in multitasking in the slightest, had a line of 4 people for about 20 minutes. Probably would have been better to drive to a full Starbucks. Then when we got to the front of the line they were out of what I wanted to order and didn't even bother to update the menu.
