The worst customer service I’ve ever received! $69 to send a very lightweight item to MD. Usually go to Waterford store where similar transaction cost me $30. The clerk was extremely rude!

I’m going 3 stars. The people here are extremely friendly and very helpful. However, I dropped an order off 2 and a half weeks ago for a custom name tag. They asked how quick I needed it and I said I was in no real rush, just as quick as they can. Stopped in yesterday because I hadn’t heard anything and was informed the order hasn’t even been sent out yet. Sadly, this is disappointing and is the reason I cannot give 5 stars.

Consistently been going to this store for my printing needs for years. They have printed out valentine cards, thank you tags for a Lego party and a huge sign for a differ birthday party with a science theme. The help is outstanding and the cost is reasonable.

Curtis, Eric and the entire staff at the Milford UPS are outstanding . I have been using this store for the past 12 years and they simply provide the best custom service that me and our company have ever received. We use them for all sorts of printing and for the mailbox and I cant stress enough the attention to detail and atmosphere is the best around .

As a full-time camper starting in 2014, I have used UPS Stores all over the country. But none of them compare to the Milford, Michigan UPS Store owned and operated by Curtis Salk. Curtis has selected a fine staff, many of whom have been there for several years. They are courteous and make sure they doublecheck everything they do for their customers.
I cannot say enough good things about them. So whether you need a private mailbox or a place to ship packages, or you simply need to run in to buy some pens, make a photocopy, laminate a sign, etc., Curtis and his crew are very well able to handle anything you need.
