I called them several days in advance to set up an appointment. When I called them the morning of the salesperson who I was scheduled to meet with was not even in the office. I arrived at the dealership (on a Saturday morning) and set up with a new agent. About 10 minutes in to meeting him and talking about the car he sent me to the waiting area and took another appointment. I waited an hour before I was called back to talk about buying the car. When I asked about the price he was dodgy and avoided the conversation. I then waited 4 hours in the waiting room while they tried to figure out how to finance the car, on a Saturday morning. There were 5 or 6 other people sitting around doing nothing and I still waited hours before someone came to talk with me. It was only when I told them I was going to leave and buy a car somewhere else that they came out and gave me a finance offer. I ended up buying the car and a week later the wheel bearing goes bad and starts making noise. The only reason they get two stars is because I bought the car. Great service experience at McDonald’s again today. The oil change took longer than expected and before I could even question anything, the service manager was there to apologize and to discount my service. Always top notch service!

Went to buy a car and pay the price stated online. They are adding 495 as a charge. When asked what it is salesman said just a standard charge . Do not wish to do business with someone who states a price than jacks it up. Buyer's Beware

So I took my 2019 Silverado last custom legacy to McDonald's Chevy after I hit a paint can in the road. They had my truck for two weeks to repair..I was told my truck would be ready by Friday (9/11/21). No truck on Friday, or Monday, or Tuesday, or Wednesday and on Thursday (9/16/21) I told them I was coming to get my truck. The said everyday it wasn't done that it was taking so long because they had to remove All of the paint from underneath the truck. I was told the truck wasn't quite done but all they had left to do was replace some of the black moldings... All they did was spray a can of undercoating that I specifically told them not to use! They cleaned no paint off at all! You can scrape the undercoating off with your fingernail and still see the white paint below.

Do NOT go here under any circumstances! After waiting an hour and asking about the wait time, they will shove you back into your car! No employee should ever put their hands on a customer! And when notified of this occurrence, upper management did nothing! Worst customer service ever!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awesome place to go if you like being physically assaulted after waiting over an hour for an oil change... they'll push you and shove you right into your car and out the door maybe even down the block to a reputable place with actual skill and customer service. wow McDonald Chevy... First you cant get simple parts orders right and now you assault your customers... great way to do business. I see since your lead tech left you've just fallen to crap. I wont be bringing anymore business to you and I'll be sure to warn all my friends family coworkers and clients BIG L.

Madison did a great job for Bill! He loves his new Silverado. She showed him quite a few vehicles and he drove them and made his decision. Madison had all the answers to his questions and exceeded our expectations. We drove home in a New Silverado! We didn't expect to do that today. It was a great day.

One name, WAYNE SCHRONTZ, and that's all you need to know. Probably the best deal dealing sales manager I've ever met. He gives you soooooo many options and excellent trade in values. Worth the drive to Millington. I'm on vehicle #6 from Wayne and team. He has been there forever and is very very good at what he does.
