“Always fill on time my only complaint they put my bill in trim on my house way too windy to put it there. I have called a number of times and it still gets stuck in trim on my house,send it in the mail PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Hamilton's is the best, hands down. I am on their "keep full" list. My delivery day is Monday. Somehow something got messed up and we ran the tank bone dry. No heat. This was just shortly after hours. I called their after hours service number. The lady said she will get a hold of the on-call driver. I thought it may be a long night of waiting. A few minutes later the owner called me. He said the truck will be there in 10 minutes. So it actually took him 15 minutes to get here (no big deal). The owner admitted that the proverbial ball got dropped and waived all fees associated with an after hours emergency run out. Everyone was very nice and the service was very safe but fast. The house only dropped 4° inside but I am pretty temperature sensitive from working in the HVAC field for 42 years. I have lived in my house for 16 years. Had a propane company for a year. I had to fire them. They had horrible service and I believe they cheated me out of gas. Second year here, basically the same thing. Fired them too. I've been with Hamilton's since my third year here, 2006 I believe. They have always bent over backwards to accommodate me. Thank you so much guy and girl!!!”
