I came here to see if my family was the only not getting mail and boy was I wrong. This post office is the worst one by far. The mailman are lazy and unreliable, plain and simple. I ordered packages while I'm on leave from the Navy and I've only received 2..out of 16. It seems if you want your packages, you just gotta get off your behind and go up to this lousy post office and get them. This apparently has been going on for 4-5 years and I have little to no hope things will change. Best of luck to anyone reading this ?

Worst post office ever.They just said they tried to deliver to my house,when I was inside the entire time.They are lazy and rude.If you can avoid using them I would.The delivery guy one day almost gave a $1000 package to the wrong door.The are incompetent.

We live in the village on State rd. We never receive mail. It’s been 7 days since we have received mail. It’s crazy. When I call. They say we will talk with her. I do t think it’s been done. I am expecting some important mail that they said have been mailed. Never receive anything. So frustrating.

Don't even try to deliver packages, they just put them aside and say they are undeliverable so you have to drive to the Post office and get them. They are rude and unprofessional when you go inside.

I typically am not the person to post a negative comment on a public forum but I am so frustrated with our Post Office. I moved to Millington 5 years ago and have had continuous problems from day one with 1) not receiving mail and 2) getting the wrong mail. Two weeks ago I received the wrong mail and I brought it to the counter. I get the same unresponsive attitude from the same man that I usually interact with. No, apology or assurance that they take this seriously. No reply at all! This morning I received two more pieces of mail that are not mine. I have a PO box and the mail I get have addresses with the names not being anywhere close to mine. I have communicated several times that this is very serious. If I was not an honest person, I could have opened some of this mail and even stolen one's identity (especially the one from the Social Security Commision). I have to be to work before the inside office opens so tomorrow I will have to be late for work to return these letters and vent once again. I have talked to several people and previously even the Post Master to no avail. If anyone knows who I should contact to get some resolution, I would greatly appreciate it.

The man that works the counter needs to find a new job! He is the most unfriendly person and not at all helpful. The ladies that work in there and the mail carriers need to teach him how the be personable!

Not always reliable to get correct mail into correct mailboxes - Husband says people are friendly when he goes to the office - but when you call staff are quick to make excuses before listening to question or looking for your item/package
