“This past Sunday, Mother's Day, my truck broke down at the Paddle Inn restaurant in Mio. The owner of the Paddle Inn put me in touch with co-owner Anthony about towing my truck down state. My party of 4 had another source of transportation and traveled down state. Sunday evening, I received a call from Anthony that they repaired my truck on site, and it would be at their shop for pick-up. Monday, I returned to pick up my truck. It was a simple repair, and I was not charged, not only for the repair, or them moving my truck to their shop.
In today's age, you can not find better customer service, knowledge, honesty, and kindness!! I highly recommend taking your vehicle for repair to Northern Lube and Oil. Thank you, Anthony and Carmen, for excellent customer service. And also a great thank you to the owner of the Paddle Inn restaurant!!”

“Even though they were busy, they ran diagnostics on my car and my problem turned out to be a quick fix. In order to not leave me stranded, Brian stopped what he was doing, did the quick repair and I was back on the road within an hour!
It was an 8 hour drive for me that day, and I was not that close to my destination. I can’t even say how grateful I was that they understood my situation and took care of me and my car!”
