The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The associate who processed my transaction even took the time and effort to install my new wiper blades and dispose of the old ones. It was my first time shopping at an Auto Value, and the experience was wonderful!

I really wish they were considerate of their deliveries and the people who live around. Loud trucks who don't have consideration for the people who live close by. Deliveries at 2am with headlights shining in people's windows.

My son and I needed a battery for a truck he bought. Only place to get one that we knew of here in Mio was this Auto value. Had a 20 dollar core deposit. We get back home to Standish, take the core in to Auto value and they only want to give 10 dollars for the core. The reason they said is because Auto value in Mio and Auto value in Standish are not the same. I said it's the same sign. What a rip off, not happy I turned the battery in elsewhere and got my 20 bucks back.

On 10/17/22 my young daughter went there to get a new battery for her car. She ask if someone could help her with the replacement, and was told by the "men" sitting around "we don't do that!"Also charged $40+ more than almost every other auto parts store! ?
