Told my package couldn't be delivered because they couldn't access my driveway. Yet the next day it was in my mailbox , so why wasn't it delivered in my mailbox the previous day ? Had nothing to do with my driveway. Not the first time this has happen.

Post master is the best in the business. She takes pride in her job and takes care of her customers. If the rest of the employee at usps were like her, things would run better and usps wouldn't have so many problems.

Very helpful and polite. Just moved up from the Detroit area, and I can say I've never had polite or what could be considered helpful service back there.
