PSA....The sign says that they treat everyone like family i have to tell you they do not. I am related to the owner and I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for May 18th for my car to be dropped off which is a Sunday for a all around brake job. I did not hear all day from them on Monday or Tuesday and I had to work at 5pm on Tuesday May 20th. I waited until 1pm Tuesday to call them because I had to work at 5 and I still had not heard from them. Was told by owner she has 2 of her guys working on it. Mind you I had to call to get an update on the car because nobody called me and I am related. I'm sorry that I cannot recommend my own family's shop to anyone.

Women up front did not want to socialize or help it seemed. Had issues with my Prius that was not battery related and wouldn’t give me the time of day. Said to go to Paulies or no one else would help and Midas next door helped no problem or question. Hire men !?

ConsumerThey will repair you vehicle but will charge you another 3% if you use your charge card to pay for it!!!!! I find that outrageous!!!!! Another $30 added to my bill because I don’t currently have $1000.00 cash. I won’t be using them again.

The part they replaced was faulty and they wouldn’t listen to my concerns after they “ repaired “ it. Went to the dealership and paid for the same repair for LESS money , only their part worked.

First time customer. Very impressed the mechanic called out the issue before he even looked at my vehicle gave me a ball park price on the repair, and it even came in lower will definitely use them again.

We were running out of options when it came to fixing my husbands truck. He worked countless weekends to get it fixed and with a new baby on the way soon, we were running out of time. Dropped our truck off Wednesday and just got it back this morning. It’s running great!! We can’t thank you all enough. This has been a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Very affordable pricing and friendly staff. We will recommend this place to all our friends and family. Thank you!!
