Technicians are described as very knowledgeable, up front with repairs and costs, prompt, on time, professional, very nice, and quick to diagnose and repair. They troubleshoot issues thoroughly, even when the solution is not simple, and do not overcharge. Appointments are made in a timely manner and kept as scheduled. Technicians often have needed parts on the truck, completing repairs efficiently. If an older appliance cannot be fixed, Ace offers to sell a new one at a fair price with a warranty, handling removal and installation. Great professional company with very fast response time. Requested service online and within 15 minutes received a phone call to set up an appointment that day. Arrived at the scheduled time and fixed our dryer. If we have any future appliance issues we will be using Ace again.
