Just picked up our new living room set! Just wanted to give a shout out to Taylor! Very pleased with how well you took care of me! Thought it was going to take longer to get all the pieces in. She looked and was able to find all three pieces instead of having to wait till they came from manufacturing. Thanks again! Go see Taylor, very caring and not to pushy!

American Freight Monroe has helped us furnish both units of our duplex we just bought in August! Tiffani was extremely helpful when showing us our options and very friendly! We would highly recommend American Freight Monroe to anyone! A very easy in an out process both times we’ve come!

Bought a dishwasher and the sales staff was very helpful and friendly. The warehouse staff loaded the dishwasher into my truck using care. Secured the purchased item for a safe trip home. Great place

Our experience with Tiffani at American Freight was wonderful! She was kind, attentive and super professional! We need the mattress delivered out in Grand Rapids on a specific day and she called their Grand Rapids location and set everything up for us! Truly wonderful and she is the reason we will be returning to American Freight in the future!

Tiffani did a fantastic job helping us pick the perfect couch and loveseat set and she was very patient and kind. The delivery guys came on time and were very polite and professional and did excellent work. We'll definitely go here for any future furniture purchases.

The moment I walked in I was greeted with warm hospitality, I was helped with such kindness it really felt like everyone there loved their jobs and felt like a family they did everything to accommodate me and my family. The mattress I bought from there was also extremely comfortable my wife fell asleep on it as soon as we got it home they also tied it on the roof of our SUV for us so a huge thank you to everyone! I highly recommend based off my experience.

Had a great experience and great customer service here. Thank you to Sam for helping us today and for the all workers making our kiddos feel welcome and giving them popsicles they loved it! Got the couch we wanted and will definitely be back whenever we need anything else!
