Ramon was the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with. I watched this man jump from customer to customer keeping his composure and keeping everyone HAPPY! I’d recommend him to anyone who asked.

I am 55 years old my name is Sylvia and let me say this store is fantastic. I was a verizon customer for 26 years and only because of the knowledge base and continued exceptional service did I change. My contact sales representative name is JOSH....he has gone above and beyond. The words service like I'm family lives in this individual and is represented at this store. CORA has also helped me with unlimited patients and vast knowledge to solve all my issues.MONROE ATT STORE IS AWSOME GREAT AND ILLISTRATES OUTSTANING CUSTOMER SERVICE.New manager introduced himself and made me feel welcome not a burden Ramone.Thank you so much.

I went to this store 4×in 2 days an couldn't get no service stood their for 25min each time with only 2 people working so I ended up going to west rd an telegraph an got service as soon as I walked in door

This store is so unorganized the manager just walks around shooting the bull while customers are lined up. I've gone to this location a few times and typ you are ignored when you walk in and the staff act like you are an inconvenienc.

My husband and I have a family plan with multiple lines. My mother decided that, to save money, she would get on our family plan as well. Which should have been easy-peasy and Cora sold me the phone with the promise that we could port my mother's number to it.DANGER! STRAIGHT TALK HATES THIS! I know, it's the law, etc etc etc. But since Straight Talk became a Verizon property, something has changed. MUCH FRUSTRATION. 10 calls to the various AT&T customer service numbers. It was always a circle of "no ma'am you have to go to this other department" and there were multiple times they hung up on me.I was ready to hire all those homeless people who hang out near stores begging, to start a picket line. Moe did some magic and got it to "pending" status, despite multiple frustrations with the customer service reps. But... 3 hours later... AT&T and Straight Talk said they don't want to share the playground, and it failed.So after a measly 2 hours work, I was heading BACK to the store again... and this time... Moe and Cora tag-teamed the problem, calling multiple departments from different phones, and stayed an hour late just to make sure I was going to leave with my account still under the AT&T umbrella rather than ditching all the lines and going to police radios/walkie-talkies/full-crazy-prepper-style communications mode. They saw me at my worst, frustrated with computer technology that wasn't playing along, and they still gave 100%.If you have a Straight Talk number (with a phone you did not buy from them), just come to the Monroe store. They've got experience, now!

I had lost my phone and needed a new one badly. As soon as I walked in Cora was able to help me through all my phone problems. The whole team was very welcoming and nice. Cora broke down all the best possible options available to me. Monroe AT&T store team is great! Thank you!

Had a great experience here. Moe helped me set up my first ever phone plan and new phone. He was so helpful and patient, really going above and beyond not only to help me find the best plan for me, but even just make sure I was comfortable as can be while we were setting everything up, including offering water, and even trying to find a charger for my very old phone since its battery was low. I honestly just had a good time. Everyone was so friendly!

Went in to get an upgrade for my mother, specifically told them not to add next up. Looked at my bill a few months later and guess what is there… next up. Hope their $2 commission was worth a bad review.

Worked with a guy named Moe when we came to set up a family plan. He was very friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly so that everyone was on the same page. Helped us find the cheapest way of doing things. He even brought us water. Super nice service. Would definitely go back.
