“Been going to this business since 1997. Whenever I have heavy repairs done, I have it done here. For two reasons, one it's done right the first time, and two if it isn't they'll fix it no charge. In all these years I've taken one repair back. They aren't the cheapest, but in my experience they are the rightest and that is worth my money.”

“I just found out that Tireman was sold to Belle Tire 1 year ago as I was having another one of our vehicles serviced today. I now know for sure that I am an old man because because memories of other old men I knew from years past would quietly review how certain businesses operated with integrity, but as the years rolled on for one reason or another, the business died or was passed on to the competitor. This "attaboy" is for all of us that went to Tireman because of the way we were treated by the existing competitors because of their outright lying, bait and switch tactics, and faulty repairs that they never made right.
Tireman of Monroe, Michigan was an excellent service center. I watched the mechanics work through the windows, and was so impressed I felt led to tip them. The front desk team was so professional, not one time when there was an issue did they have to run to the owner asking permission to make things right. All this means is that this owner was on top of things, and made sure the individuals knew that Tireman was to treat their customers fairly. The front staff is now gone, and all the mechanics are gone. All of you that worked to make Tireman so great, a hearty, THANK YOU, AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL FROM THE ADKINS FAMILY.”

“A bit of a tight squeeze for a crew cab long bed RAM 3500 dually pickup truck, but it did fit! The control panel on the wall does look visually quite run down and in rough shape, but everything in the bay I used as well as the quarter/change machine all worked properly. I wish it showed an amount of time remaining rather than just giving the alarm signal when you're close to running out of time, but at least it seems like the price per minute is reasonable. The water pressure was quite impressive. I will certainly wash my vehicle here again!”
