“I was in Detroit for the passing of my mother-in-law and was traveling home to cny when my radiator blew out a hose on I-75. I immediately exited the highway and realized I needed to get to a repair shop fast. Googling I found Monroe Car Care and we called. From the start they were great saying yes bring it right there on a Saturday. When we arrived I was upset and frustrated and immediately calmed when we spoke with Henry. He listened to us and provided us with a solution. Thankfully we had a second car and he got us set and we drove back to Detroit. My car repair was completed Wednesday morning (the local dealership delivered the wrong part the first time) and we made arrangements to be there around 2. When we got there Henry explained what had gone wrong and even showed us the parts that failed. The price was more than reasonable. We made the long drive to NY and my car has been running great, better than before the incident. If I lived in the area this shop would have all my car care business. I had Paul’s give me a second opinion. one day later (two days earlier then expected) I had my car back and running better than it had run I a long time and no new transmission was needed. It was excellent. Old vehicle that never had the radiator flushed so they added the cleaner twice. Excellent service and good personalities. Never going anywhere else.”

“start off by saying i am a mechanic myself it was my day off and didn’t feel like welding anything so i figured id take it to a local shop, and they do solid and honest work. went in for an exhaust rattle & got diagnosed on the spot (dan also instantly offered to let me see the issue and in my book that type of service is rare now a days) had the muffler we needed on standby and gave us a great price & some great conversation. in and out in less than 2 hours. great shop would recommend to anyone in the area. also saw they do lots of other maintenance (brakes suspension pms) so i wouldn’t hesitate to take your vehicle up there dan provides a great place to get your vehicle running how it’s supposed to”

“Took my Mercedes in to get an awful noise checked out. They had my car diagnosed within a couple of hours, and fixed the problem just a few more hours later. “Someone hit me July 4th while at the fireworks with my grandsons. I noticed the dent next day. I texted dent removal, and was told that they weren't in my area but he'd reach out to someone. Mike got a hold of me. His company van broke down on the way. But his boss had a replacement within 15 minutes and he came to my house. This company is spot on. I used another guy before but Mike's level of skill made the other company look like amateurs. These guys are the ones who dealerships call to remove dents without having to paint. Mike did fantastic work and was quick. And very reasonable in price. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MIKE AND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I'm retired military. I received a discount.

“I just found out that Tireman was sold to Belle Tire 1 year ago as I was having another one of our vehicles serviced today. I now know for sure that I am an old man because because memories of other old men I knew from years past would quietly review how certain businesses operated with integrity, but as the years rolled on for one reason or another, the business died or was passed on to the competitor. This "attaboy" is for all of us that went to Tireman because of the way we were treated by the existing competitors because of their outright lying, bait and switch tactics, and faulty repairs that they never made right.
Tireman of Monroe, Michigan was an excellent service center. I watched the mechanics work through the windows, and was so impressed I felt led to tip them. The front desk team was so professional, not one time when there was an issue did they have to run to the owner asking permission to make things right. All this means is that this owner was on top of things, and made sure the individuals knew that Tireman was to treat their customers fairly. The front staff is now gone, and all the mechanics are gone. All of you that worked to make Tireman so great, a hearty, THANK YOU, AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL FROM THE ADKINS FAMILY.”

“The guy that's running this place (I think his name is Scott) knows his stuff. Every time I've dealt with this guy he's honest, straightforward and reasonable. “A bit of a tight squeeze for a crew cab long bed RAM 3500 dually pickup truck, but it did fit! The control panel on the wall does look visually quite run down and in rough shape, but everything in the bay I used as well as the quarter/change machine all worked properly. I wish it showed an amount of time remaining rather than just giving the alarm signal when you're close to running out of time, but at least it seems like the price per minute is reasonable. The water pressure was quite impressive. I will certainly wash my vehicle here again!”

“I got rearended 2 years ago, which resulted in my trunk being unable to close. I went in this morning just expecting a quick inspection and a quote for getring it shut, but someone kindly checked my trunk out and managed to get it shut! Only took him about 5 minutes too. And he didn't even charge me, which I thought was extremely kind.
If I end up saving enough money for actual repairs, I'm coming back here for sure.”
“I drove to the Monroe shop today to have them look at my tire. I had a roofing nail in my front tire. The guys were very pleasant and looked at it right away. They removed the tire and put on my full size spare tire. The damaged tire is not able to be plugged so he placed it in my car. It was done so fast. When he returned my keys to me, I asked him how much I owed. He said nothing for changing out the tire. I’m still in shock. That was so awesome!!!! I highly recommend this shop. Even with the business name changing soon the same guys will be there proving great service.
