AutoZone on North Monroe Street in Monroe, MI is a leading retailer of auto parts. Customers say it is a great place with excellent service. When a battery died, a great guy grabbed a charger and helped a customer back to the car, giving a charge so the vehicle could be checked. Another customer returned an unneeded part and found the repair guy stunk, but the store was very nice and very helpful. People are greeted at the door and a few people helped look for a part, even if it isn’t carried, telling them where to go. The North Monroe Street store has superb customer service.

Stopped by with my elderly father and the young associate made a great impression on us. He was super helpful and patient in changing out the batteries on our key fobs. Nice to experience great customer service!

Battery died up the road. Took the walk a quarter mile to the store, explained my situation and Lawrence grab the battery charger and helped me back to my car up the road and gave me a charge in order to complete a check on my vehicle at the store. Great guy great job. Very appreciative!!!! Thanks.
