AutoZone on North Monroe Street in Monroe, MI is a leading retailer of auto parts. Customers say it is a great place with excellent service. When a battery died, a great guy grabbed a charger and helped a customer back to the car, giving a charge so the vehicle could be checked. Another customer returned an unneeded part and found the repair guy stunk, but the store was very nice and very helpful. People are greeted at the door and a few people helped look for a part, even if it isn’t carried, telling them where to go. The North Monroe Street store has superb customer service.
Excellent staff, Larry, Kyle and Heather all came outside in the freezing cold to assist me with my car troubles. Five stars for the store manager John for having great employees

What started out as a super stressful morning with no heat with my 2 boys turned out to be just fine because of Rich 🙂 he was super kind, professional and ready to help me immediately and did until my heat started working. I am So thankful for him he was the best 🙂🙂🙂
