I love BBW! However, this store made me feel uncomfortable. I walked in and was not greeted OR offered help like you usually do. I felt uncomfortable like I was a bother. There was 5 associates gathered together talking about something on their phones. This is a bad look especially coming from a predominantly caucasian town.

Clean and bright store. Always stocked up on all the newest items. The employees are all so friendly and helpful! Love this store at Monroe Mall.

Friendly staff, but the store and the mall were depressing as BBW is obviously not investing in maintenance because the mall seems to be on death's doorstep.
