Second time I've LOST MY MOBILE DATA DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOST ANYMORE I used to tell people how great my service was I'm leaving after 7 years!! They don't fix no problems!!

Rudest customer service I've ever had in my life in, any type of retail!!! And the price for new phones and service was over $360! That is nuts! She was just so super rude!?

Do not go to the boost store in Monroe Michigan horrible service people in there have no clue what they’re doing…I will continue to drive to Toledo to do business there. Monroe location you suck!!! You definitely need better and more knowledgeable employees for sure.

I went in to switch over to Boost and the kid they had working gave me out the door price of $80 out the door.. then for one line its $90 n hasn't even started on the other line I needed.. the kid couldn't even do math better less tell me the right prices.. $80 a month then went to $90 a month then at the end said it would be $120 a month.. Very upset w Boost..

Horrible customer service. I spoke with 4 agents none of which could fix my hotspot issue. Then spoke with the supervisor Angelo, and he was not able to to offer any solution nor reimburse/credit my account for additional data that I purchased and could not use.
