The blonde cashier that was here on May 30th 2023 at 2 p.m. wouldn't count 2$ worth in pennies for my gas bevause it "wasnt rolled" and all I had was change. $2.40 cents in silver and $2.00in pennies. I needed the gas badly. Very upset with this gas stationSection 31 U.S.C. 5103, entitled "Legal tender," states: "United States coins and currency [including Federal Reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve Banks and national banks] are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues."
