This company does not pay they’re employees they do not do background checks they are very understaffed.. they tell u you will be laid one price then pay u minimum wage and if u quit u don’t get paid at all I’ve been fighting them to get my check for a month now getting told different days their poor staff gets stuck with the backlash because the owners are never there. I’ve worked in nursing homes since 2006 and I have never seen anything like this as much money as they charge them people to stay there and they can’t even pay their employees

My mother has been a resident for almost 2 years and the staff are amazing! My mother is very happy with everyone. She is currently going through radiation treatments for a skin cancer on the top of her head and the oncologist is extremely happy with how well they are caring for the spot and keeping it from scabbing over. They have all kinds of activities and the staff really do a great job at keeping the residents engaged and the love & compassion they show to the patients is awesome!

Our mother was at ESI but we moved her. Since mom's move (9 months ago) mom has not fallen, dehydrated, and/or been sick. This was not the case when mom lived at ESI. Also, mom has had physical therapy, which was requested numerous times at ESI but not provided. It is my belief that the owner/nurse/manager is incompetent and dishonest. Upon our request to move mom, the owner, Chezlynn, did her best to stop our mother from moving out. I presume she had too many empty beds and didn't want to empty another one. The staff was in constant turnover & turmoil. These facts can be verified by the three children our mother has, we are all in agreement on this matter.
