I have several complaints about this branch. They are always slow whenever I go inside or the drive thru doesn’t matter the day or time, no one is ever available to talk to when I need to do business outside of teller options, and the tellers can never seem to help me outside of teller options they referred me to their corporate customer service number.I’ve been a customer for several years but am considering other options.

Love how they approve a check one day and then later in the week they say it's a scam and then screw my mother out of her money and having an account. Not okay at all you should have never approved it in the first place this was your people's fault not my mother's.

The app would not accept one of my checks and told me I had to go into the branch. I arrived at the branch and there were 11 customers in line and only 1 teller. Before me, there was a mentally handicapped man trying to figure out why his debit card was not working. The teller was not listening to him and kept talking over him and was very rude to him. I am ashamed of her behavior. She doesn't belong working with the public.

Glenda and Sheila are disgusting human beings. They bullied me and harassed me and said I was causing a scene when I wasn’t even talking to them? I’ve had problems with them cancelling my cards before I even get them in the mail for 3 months now and I can’t access my money. Every time, one of these ladies steps in and starts a scene. The teller one even started harassing my grandfather and tried to convince him to do things with his money as a senior with memory issues. Disgusting and disrespectful. They tried to threaten me with security when I declined either helping me because of the history of harassment. They refused to listen to what I was trying to explain about my cards and refused to admit they messed up my account on multiple occasions. The teller also rolled her eyes at me every time I tried explaining things and what she did the last time or to my grandfather, etc. She was rude so I just told her I didn’t want to work with her. They then raised their voice and said I was starting a scene. I wasn’t even working with her. They should be fired. Absolutely fired.There is ONE nice lady there. She has red hair, she’s lovely and fixed it both times. Only see her.

Well I'm Huntington Bank was very friendly The there is Braille for the people who are blind for the for the for the Braille statements they're very accommodating to the wheelchairs and they have wheelchair parking you have to make an appointment though but it's very busy and and it's ADA compliant which is good and it's very and the people are very friendly and you can get there by bus although you have to transfer twice depending on the way you live I live in Newport Michigan but anyway so I would recommend if you are looking for a bank that is blind friendly give him a try

If I could give ?⭕ stars I would. HORRRRRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Would not recommend to anyone I know personally. I just opened my account, my check didn't show up which was pay rolls fault, than I submitted my check online which I was told to do and my funds would be available, I checked the next day and they were not so I called and was than told my funds wouldn't be available for now 8 days (they put a hold on it) ontop of the other days waiting on answers (I get paid bi-weekly), so im not seeing this check until my second check comes out. I went to login to my account today and im locked out after ONE try I called the bank today, and they pushed me over to customer service, and I was told my account is closed due to reasons that I will be mailed to me in a letter... I just opened my account. This is ridiculous. I have never had this happen. This is my first time with huntington, I haven't had an account of my own in 8/9 years. I'm beyond frustrated. So again ZERO on my scale raiting. And even with that being said they told me with the check being submitted i cannot access my funds until the 24th which is my next payday, so no bills can be paid. Your representatives should know what they are talking about when speaking to customers.

Tried to open an account here a few years back and they flagged it as fraudulent. And the account was charged 99,000 dollars and I was not allowed to open another account after I talked to them. This was my worst banking experience.

Closing my account. Rudest customer service I have ever encountered at a bank!!! Huntington doesn't care about it's customers only making that buck. To think I was convincing my boss to switch our accounts there. We will now stick with the bank we currently have.BRING BACK TCF!!!!

This review is not just to criticize any one office, but rather the entire Huntington Banking Corporation, including their branches. It takes days sometimes to receive a return phone call, for information about our accounts. Trying to deal with the phone customer service is undoable. They appear to be based in the Philippines and do not have access to all our data. It requires numerous phone calls to find information. Too bad they bought out TCF Bank, as that group was customer focused. Bank anywhere else than Huntington Bank.

Very unprofessional branch, and extremely unresponsive. This is probably one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had in my entire life. Huntington is also unable to provide any services that require even a mild or moderate level of sophistication. If you’re looking for personalized banking or services which require any attention to detail or an accelerated timeline, I would recommend going literally anywhere else in Monroe or the southeast Michigan area.

Based off of my unique experiences, the folks here seemed VERY inept. I was unable to get any guidance on my SIMPLE business request and my phone calls were never returned. I believe this demonstrates that the staff are UNABLE to effectively operate within their roles. If you're reading this, save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Usurious practices against minority customers. Simple tasks like lien releases in the event of a family member’s death are refused against minority customers, causing them further grief and hardship. Absolutely unacceptable and arguably negligent. Practically a Fair Lending Act violation masquerading as a financial institution. I cannot envision any scenario where holding an account here is advisable.
