Called to book with my regular nail girl, she was on vacation at the time. I can only do Saturdays with my work schedule which my nail girl knows, the receptionist had an attitude when I couldn’t schedule for 11am on weekdays. Was told I would be contacted by the receptionist with a call back and never was. Thankfully my girl messaged me ON VACATION since the staff wouldn’t.

I was scheduled for an appointment with Amy and Joanna called me informing me that Amy was no longer with them. I was rescheduled with Joanna. I wanted a two tone color, dark at the top and lighter shade at the bottom. Due to the cut, I had she said that it wouldn’t come out the same as the picture I showed her. So, we discussed and decided on something else. I had a backup picture which was basically a highlight/lowlight mixed throughout, and I explained I wanted the lighter shade around the face. I should have said something at the time. It wasn’t even close to the picture we agreed on. However, it looked better than what it did so I just went with it. After getting home and into the next day, I truly did not like it. It made me look majorly pale and she also cut my neck hair really short even though I mentioned to her that I didn’t like it when people did that & never understood why they did it in the first place. I called the very next day to ask to have some more of the lighter color put around my face and was told to wait after a couple washes and it would lighten up. They agreed to put me on the schedule, but it wasn’t for another two weeks later. I truly couldn’t stand it, so I called again in hopes of getting in sooner and was told Joanna would have to call me herself because she was going to be on vacation and she was just telling me she just got back from Mexico. I’m not saying she didn’t deserve to go somewhere again, but someone else should’ve taken care of me. Obviously, she didn’t want my business or me coming back basically all due to asking for a correction. Disappointed because it was close to home, but needless to say she definitely got what she wanted, because I won’t be back!

Absolutely Amazing!
I came in for a consult with JoAnna and she was wonderful! She offered and did a patch test since I have very sensitive skin and many severe allergies. Happy to say, no reactions! I needed a colour correction due to the stylist I saw the last two times at a different salon not doing or achieving what I requested (gave them a second chance to correct and it was worse). I also needed something done as soon as possible before the holiday and events I had coming up. JoAnna took time out of her day, the very next day, to accommodate me and all I can say is WOW! AMAZING!
Everyone was so friendly which is so nice and refreshing!
I highly recommend Infinity Salon & Spa!

They cut my hair way shorter than what I asked for and it was also uneven. I called back to see if the stylist could fix it and the girl was kind of snotty with me. They did end up having me come back the next day so someone could fix it (it had to be a different stylist because the one who did my hair was out of town) and that girl was very nice, but the back is still longer than the front. I can’t do anything with my hair now because it’s so short and it just keeps curling up at the ends and looks ridiculous. So now I have to wear my hair tied back every day which gives me a headache but it looks awful down. I’m so unhappy with this hair cut and just have to wait for it to grow out some.

Tiffany is the best!!! My daughter and I both enjoy getting our nails done. We have been going for several years. We alway enjoy giving Tiffany different designs. She's always up for the challenge! She does an amazing job. We highly recommend her!!!

Highly Recommended!!!! Never have I ever left this place without feeling like my absolute best self. Katie is amazing and has put up with me for years. I’ve had multiple colors and lengths and I always walk out feeling like I’m ready to conquer the world. I’ve have always been happy with service, product recommendations, and wait times.
