When I order and they tell me when I can expect delivery they are right on time.Never had to wait very long. I eat a lot of the tuna. It's really good and the bread and the sub bun are always fresh. Can't rate the atmosphere because because it's always delivered. But I can rate the attitude: five stars !

Legitimately took A FULL HOUR. I had to call because the app showed my order was complete. They apparently rely on uber now, so if you are on a timeframe for lunch. Do not order. No heads up while placing order. Definitely not freaky fast.

Just left this location where the cashier took my cash, gave me my change then proceeded to start making my sandwich without washing his hands. They also didn’t include the cookie in my order.

Ordered 2 Italian clubs with all veggies and American cheese and 2 sodas for $30 had ordered no sauce on one sandwich and light sauce on the other one. Got my order and full of sauce on both sandwiches and hardly any veggies. Not happy. Called to talk to a manager but was rudly told oh well.

I’ve always been a jimmy johns fan myself. This establishment has furthered my love for jimmy johns. An amazing staff with a very welcoming environment. Me and my friends once had a lightsaber battle in the parking lot and the employees cheered us on. That’s the kinda community I look for in an establishment. Shout out to Jordan you a real one

I’ve never been to jimmy johns but I trust Riley with my whole life. She saved puppies from a fire and helped me scan a tv as a tomato at Walmart ❤️

Website advertises that they have light tea, which has no sugar and we have been ordering it since i have diabetes. Well the thing is i called to place an order today and apparently they never had light tea and was giving me regular tea the entire time and explains my high sugar and health issues. They jus lost our family as a customer.Dietary restrictions: Light tea has no sugar. And apparently you dont have light tea as advertised online.

Very fast and accurate service. The staff working today were very friendly. I ordered the Hunter Club, and was not disappointed. I love Jimmy John's bread. It works perfectly for the sandwhich that I ordered. The store itself was very clean and well maintained as usual.
