Such kind a professional staff! I was told by another local jewelry store 3 weeks to fix my gold bracelet and $95 to fix it. They had it fixed in 5 minutes and were incredibly generous! He will certainly have my future business!

I'd give 10 stars if I could! Steve and Cassie were amazing - and so kind. After a bad experience with a different Kay I was feeling very nervous to try another one, and they made me feel so comfortable and helped me find a ring I was searching high and low for since the first experience.
