This is the last time using Kroger pharmacy. They have made several mistakes since I've changed over. But this is a huge mistake. Went to pickup scripts there were three ready ok no problem I get the other one another day. I called to refill the fourth they say they physical scanned it so it's impossible that I don't have it! Well I definitely didn't get it so they may have scanned it, but didn't put it in the bag! So no script for a whole month due to there mistake! 😡 I'm more than pissed how can u mess up that bad!!

This pharmacy keeps going down hill. I get messages my meds are ready. Drive 25 minutes just for it to not be done. Shouldn't take days.

I would strongly discourage anyone from choosing this location to get any prescriptions at all. ever. I could write a book with how patient and how many chances I gave them. Some examples: my 5 year old son had strep throat and a horrid rash and they told us it would be ready the next day the next 4 days came and went they continued to say we should have it tomorrow. Fast forward, I'm pregnant and I was prescribed 2 medications one I am supposed to take 2 times a day and the other as needed. I'm not privy in medical terms and they said they only had the one I should take 2 times a day. It was not the correct one. Thankfully everything is ok with baby but that is absolutely unacceptable. My last interaction with them, I was told they would have my required meds by 2pm, 2 days later finally ready. When I arrived the people counting the pills were eating chips and dip and 3 of them just laughing and chatting while 1 guy was helping long lines inside and out. Not even the head pharmacist would come out to help or delegate that the 3 should be doing something or wash their hands. I'm clearly furious and hopeful that no one gets sick from the lack of hygiene or professionalism from this place.

Staff is very rude and dismissive, especially over the phone. They should all be retrained on how to properly speak to someone.

Ask the lady at the pharmacy if they have bacteriostatic water, and she tells me aisle 1 (the drinking water aisle) either dumb or didn't listen to what I was asking. Just bad service go somewhere else for your pharmacy needs

I'll never use Kroger Pharmacy ever again. I recently moved to Michigan and had my prescriptions sent to Kroger because it was close to my new house. They flat out refused to fill my prescription. Just flat out refused. No call, no text, no heads up, nothing what so ever... I was extremely sick for almost a week until I found a local Dr. and switched to a much more caring Pharmacy. Don't waste your time. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

It's changed a lot. It used to be a friendly, small, helpful place. I do not find it helpful lately. They did not contact me and inform me that one of my medications is on back order. That seems like something important to contact a person over. Here we are on a Saturday and now I'm told to call my Dr and ask if i can find another pharmacy that has it. I am not supposed to lapse on medication and my dr office is closed until Monday. The pharmacy knew this 3 days ago. Not filled yet and "back order" are 2 different things. This is becoming the normal pharmacy behavior. They are not reliable or fill the scripts when they are sent over from a Dr. Also. Also, it is not fun being terribly sick, and finding out they waited until I was in the store. I had to sit and wait around spreading germs. Lack of communication and no thought.
