Christian in the flower department was so helpful today! Amazing bouquets to choose from it was super busy in there today for Valentine’s Day and he vased my arrangement perfectly!

Clean and organized. This is one of the major Kroger‘s in the Monroe area. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of great deals to be had if you are a plus member.

We were at Kroger Monroe St. Monroe, Mi. Today's date is October 26th, 2023. The store was a mess. The first thing we see is the bottle room, trash literally climbing up the wall. Very few sale prices were posted. We had to wait 5 minutes for assistance on u-scan. Then the u-scan worker was rude. We were there at 12:45 pm.

I AM THE MOTHER OF ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HERE AT THIS LOCATION. AND AM GOING TO BE AS HONEST AS THERE POLICY EXPECTS THERE EMPLOYEES TO BE. WHEN AN EMPLOYEE HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO WORK AND IS TRYING TO MAKE THE HOSTILE ENNVIORNMENT WORK PLACE A BETTER PLACE TO WORK WITH EMPLOYERS THAT DO NOT TAKE IN CONSIDERATION THAT THE EMPLOYEES ARE HUMANS NOT ANIMALS. THEY HAVE LEGAL RIGHTS AND DESERVE RESPECT. TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE RIGHTS AND THEY SHOULD BE TREATED WITH THE SAME RESPECT YOU WOULD WANT YOUR FREAKING CHILDREN TO BE TREATED WITH. MANAGERS AT THIS LOCATION HANGING UP IN MY FACE. TELLING ME THAT THEY CAN NOT LISTEN TO THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS KROGER. HEADS UP IF YOU WORK HERE YOU HAVE LEGAL RIGHTS AND THOSE RIGHTS SHOULD BE RESPECTED AND REPRESENTED BY YOUR EMPLOYER. IF THEY FAIL TO THEN THST IS COMPLETELY ON THEM.

Absolutely the most poorly managed Kroger I’ve ever stepped foot in and I’ve shopped at Kroger’s in 4 different states. Lines continuously stretch far back into the aisles because there’s never more than 2 checkout lanes open at a given time. Furthermore, only 1 side of the self checkout is ever open and you’re lucky if 4/6 of those are actually up and running. The store is dirty and shelves are often halfway stocked. Avoid at all costs if possible.

Due to the fact that our shopping options are limited we wouldn't shop here at all. We're disabled without a vehicle.This location rarely has in stock what we need and if they do, they have it in the back for those that are ordering it first. Shelves aren't stocked. And they aren't honoring our ecoupons, we've had it this quite a few times. What can you do, it is what it is.

This is the worst Kroger ever!! Molding food in packages on shelves, deli workers & selection are horrible. Not much international foods to choose from, none in the deli & the store is filthy. I've was attacked by a customer at the self check out. Employee knew the guy and did nothing. A customer offered to walk me to my car because I'm a youngish female and that customer thought that guy might wait to hurt me outside. It was that bad. STAY AWAY FROM MILAN KROGER!!! Employees won't do anything if you're attacked in line & the store item selection is at a bare minimum which includes moldy bread & meat.Shut this store down before someone gets hurt or sick from their expired food.

Not really Kroger issue it’s lack of motivation by instacart. I checked box substitute allowed and instead of finding sub. Driver just started refunding everything. Order 15 yoplait yogurts and they only found two. Should have been offered Sub. But choices not offered.What do you actually have cuz website states in stock, but driver says your out.$150 order and I was being refunded damn near every item. Lazy people who don’t want to work. I cancelled my entire order rather then have driver argue with me. I am senior and do not tolerate disrespect or laziness. I gave that driver a $10 tip on my card that was not refunded. So I got ripped off n no groceries in same transaction. I usually appreciate instacart/Kroger/ door dash being I have brain cancer and can not drive myself. I am a good tipper but not happy wasting my money on driver who doesn’t care and keeps tip money they did not earn.I don’t know how to make complaint with instacart, so sorry I vented to person reading this. I am Just very stressed out over not having groceries and instacart driver who doesn’t really want their job. I didn’t deserve this kind of poor customer service. No one does. I reordered my entire order. Made sure to give check mark to allow all substitutions. I made sure every box check correctly. I may be little older and very sick but I do have correct thinking.

I ordered and prepaid 100 pieces of Chicken for my Son & Daughter to be's bridal shower. 75 fried 25 baked, a month or more before the party. We had contact several times over this order. They called and woke me up two days before the party to ask if they are supposed to make it today! They neglected to tell me they couldn't actually make ANY of my order at that store. Until the day of pick up! Not on any one of the previous contacts we had! Also informed me day of they can't make the baked at all! They would be able to make 100 fried pieces at a different location (Kroger). He ( manager) said he would personally pick it up and bring it to Monroe St. Store where the order was originally placed. I was worried it would be soggy or cold. I said I would just get it from that location. He said no let me do it. As well as promising me it will be there ON TIME! He assured me it would be hot and crispy. Also refunded the cost of the baked chicken to make up for the previous issues. He did not personally make sure it was. He sent another worker. He didn't move up the order time. I pulled out of Kroger at 1:50 to make it to MY SON'S Wedding Shower LATE!!!!! Had to put the chicken out in front of all the guests and held up the entire party from starting!!!!! The chicken was soggy and slightly warm by that time. DO NOT trust this store for any large orders. I unfortunately have to shop here regularly. The whole fresh produce ad is a out and out lie when it comes to this location. Products are never stocked. Haven't see Corn starch in months! The bottle area is a disaster. They never send people to fix machines. The employee they had there was a smart mouthed piece of work that didn't want to work. I get it. However. If your employees don't want to work, then send them packing! Online ordering. Again the employees don't care if they get the order fulfilled or what the condition of said products are in. I wish I didn't have to give them one star. They do not deserve it. I put it in a Ziplock bag after party because hardly anyone ate it! Look at this condensation after putting it in the fridge. It truly is upsetting.

I want to give a shout out to Valerie who was working I'm the floral department when I visited. She helped us create the perfect arrangement for my son to give his girlfriend for prom. She was very helpful and kind. Thanks valerie!
