They treat you like family and make sure that you know that your issues matter and are not afraid to help contact people for you. Mack's Body Shop was FANTASTIC!! Kept us informed every step of the way. Liz is AMAZING. No one likes to have to pay for repairs, but Liz was awesome to interact with.
