Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE at a McDonalds EVER.Drive through, just before 7am. The manager took our order. Within the order was a breakfast burrito with mild sauce. I'm pretty sure her name was Erika. Was rude to us at the speaker. Probably because I had a car load of people and needed to get everyone's order. Cashier was cool at first window, no issues. Then the food window.... manager is there. Opens the window and SAYS NOTHING.... no "good morning",no "thank you", no "have a nice day" .... did I get all my food? I wait at the window for closure. She opens the window and I'm like "is this everything? " she snarkly says yes. We pull forward and check.... no mild sauce. Doors are locked so I can't go back in to get some, so I walked up to the drive thru window. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me "DO NOT WALK UP TO MY WINDOW".. I said "I wouldn't be if you put my mild sauce in my bag". She then yells at me again, "YOU NEVER ASKED FOR IT! " and threw it at me.She should not be a manager there. I feel bad for the employees under her that have to deal with that.Truly hope her boss sees this. Unbelievable how I was treated. I was never rude to her but only stated facts to her.

Ordered a cup of coffee. Waited 10 minutes to get it, and it was cold. While standing there waiting, i saw an employee reach into the French fries, bare handed, and grad a hand full of fries and stood there and ate them. I reported it to the manager, and the manager just laughed and walked away without doing anything. Won't eat there again.

I ordered 3 Sausage muffins with extra butter. Through DoorDash Had to throw the sausage mcmuffins away they were inedible. The english muffin wasn't even toasted it was Raw. And the patty tasted like it had been cooked on a dirty griddle. Frankly what the employees are getting paid They need to up their game. Very

This place really upset me today... I ordered on the app and when I got there they say they have no app orders. So I go in and prove to them I ordered on the app and they said they will make it. I stood around 30 minutes while people after me ordered and got their food until they finally gave me my milkshakes and 2 mcdoubles. Now I'm nervous if I should trust there isn't spit or they did something to my food like I did something wrong by ordering on the the app and they messed up

So I go here often but as of now I am going to another location. This is the 3rd time getting raw meat on my burgers. I get that they quarter pound patty takes longer to cook, but don’t rush the cooking process just to get me out the drive though. The service was okay but the food safety is very concerning.

The drive thru is vet efficient most of the time and my orders have been correct. I wish they would still have a person working to take orders instead of having to use the kiosk, it make the process slower searching for what I want to order.
