I've used Mike's Quality Flooring for years now. They've always done an outstanding job! I found Real customer service, which is hard to find. I'd rather support a local shop that specializes in their field any day, over the big chain stores! I also found out that Mike is a veteran, thanks for serving!

Wow I had them put new flooring in and it looks great They were very nice and helped me get the look i wanted at a real great price. The installers came on time and did a great job. Never been happier will be returning for more flooring soon. Thanks for doing such a great job.

What a huge mistake we made when we used this place to have vinyl plank flooring. If you are interested in flooring Stay Away From this place! Owner came to measure & he over ordered the planks! We have 1 closed box of planks & they refuse to take it back. Plus we have a opened box with 1 plank out of it. When the elderly man came to install the planks, he set up his saw in our living room! He said the dust from the saw falls to the ground. Oh how wrong was he! There was so many planks he didn't lock in and we had to show him where! We were told 1 to 1 1/2 days to install, wrong! On his 3rd day we told him he has to finish so he spent 11 1/2 hours here. He knocked over our top part of our Amish solid oak hutch, damaged the hutch & the matching dining table. He can't cut planks & quarter round cuts for bay windows, yet he bragged about how good he is, wrong! 3 hours for 1 window & 2 hours for 2nd. Then over 2 hours to put quarter rounds down in just the bay windows. The way he cuts a kid could do better! We paid 600 bucks for the quarter rounds and the installer took a whole one back. My husband called and talked to owner and he said that is the way we do it!?? WTH? I guess the only way do get anything done is to file a complaint with BBB and/or go to small claims court! BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!

Have had them out a couple times for repair and it keeps happening and last time I calle the lady told me there was a note on mikes desk to call me and yet never called back so if this is the look you are after with gaps between your panels be my guest poor customer service and very poor work . People were nice but for the money I guess I expected something better. I guess I set my expectations to high . Will never use them. Again or refer anyone. Tried giving local businesses my business but kinda blew up in my face so next time I know bette

Just had Mike's install flooring on our front porch and back patio. Rolando, Alberto and Sergio did a fantastic job. They were on time, courtious and very clean. We are very happy.

Saleslady very nice and helpful. They sell Mohawk flooring and I was looking for a price comparison. They were about 2k cheaper than another place I looked. Although the color I selected has been discontinued, I may end up going with this store and select something similar. Definitely worth a look!

No recommendations here! After stopping into the store and several phone calls to repair my ceramic tile, that was purchased from them; then waiting for Mike to come out and be told by his wife I wrote down the wrong time. And hearing their lack of interest in scheduling the repair, I CANCELLED. I guess they just don’t need the business (carpet too) and lack of good KIND business with your customers on the phone and in person. And people wonder why we don’t shop in Monroe anymore! Mike and wife time to RETIRE! Don’t shop there.

We went to Mikes because we thought they had a good reputation..we had them install carpet in six rooms a hallway and stairs..but I did not know until the installer was finished and gone that he did not power stretch any of the carpeting or I would never have paid him the balance,he told my husband that it didn't need to be stretched which is not true..all carpet needs to be stretched,I contacted the owners three times and nothing has been resolved..I will NEVER deal with them again the installer we had I would NEVER recommend..the owners feel like it is not their problem,they get your money and forget about the customer I rate them with no star.
