We had a new furnace and AC installed yesterday and the team did a great job! They worked hard and got it done as fast as they could. They were respectful of my property and took measures to keep my flooring from getting scuffed. At the end they explained everything in detail about my new units. Excellent work

Miller's is top notch! Cameron and his partner came out today, quickly diagnosed a massive leak in my AC liquid filter drier that depleted the refrigerant. They had to leave to gather additional equipment, but guaranteed we'd have it fixed before the end of day. These guys did an excellent job, explained everything and even gave the best news that all the repairs were covered under warranty!
I've used Miller's several times now for new AC unit, water heater and furnace just recently and they have always been great. 100% recommend!

From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Had a couple other companies come out and he was the most knowledgeable. Was able to come give a quote in a couple days. Didn’t try to upsell and saved me money. The insulation went great. The two installed whole new air conditioner. Also didn’t reuse any of the stuff for it. All brand new. Both of them were so kind, welcoming and explained the whole process effortlessly. Would highly recommend!

I just had a furnace replaced in a rental property, Poor communications on scheduling for this job and getting the city inspection completed, Miller's Nu-Tech is merging with Master Craft, so now you call a Detroit phone number and wait for an operator to answer.

I have used Miller's a few times. They have always taken good care of me. This time my hot water tank lower element burned. When I called they just happened to have a tech in the area and within 20 minutes he was here. He tried to replace but was unable to. The next afternoon he worked late just to make sure I had hot water (replaced tank). Thank you for always looking out for your customers. It is rare these days.

I noticed my hot water was getting barely Luke warm. Called these guys on Monday they were at my house on Wednesday, identified the problem very quick, explained everything so I understood it, the guys were super friendly and polite with very reasonable pricing. They had my old hot water tank out & a new one in within a short amount of time. I was very impressed with the work & highly recommended. My husband was also very pleased when he got home from work & seen everything they had done. Thanks guys!

We recently had Miller’s Nu-Tech install a high efficiency boiler in our house. We had three heating and cooling companies come out and give us estimates. Miller’s was, by far, head and shoulders above the other two. Noel came to our house three times to assess what would serve our needs the best. He brought Joe, his hot water installation expert, to determine if and how we could create two zones in our house to heat our primary living space and not always the whole house. Noel walked us through the pros and cons of three different options to help us make our decision. By the end of the process, we we had developed a level of trust and felt we were getting what we needed, not what he wanted to sell us. The installation went well and the crew was sensitive to our space and cleaned up when they were done. I will recommend Miller’s Nu-Tech to anyone who is looking for a heating and cooling solution.
