I was driving out of state when my vehicle blew a water pump, not only were they able to see me on short notice but were able to fix it the same day! Reasonable prices and friendly honest service, highly recommended!

Monroe car care did great work on my 2011 equinox. In addition to the great work, the customer service was exceptional. I was shown the bad parts that were being replaced in comparison to the new parts, even explained how the parts function. OverallI couldn't be happier with the service today. Will definitely be back next time I need repairs. I would also definitely recommend anyone needing their car worked on to go see Monroe Car Care.

Electric power steering went out on my Fusion and couldn’t find any shops that would fix it. Monroe Car Care was very accommodating and careful with my car. Fixed it right up and threw in tie rods and an alignment all for a very reasonable price. Would give more stars if I could because this is my new mechanic!!!

My van ended up needing a new Radiator and Thermostat. They got it in and out all in one day. I'm SO grateful for the quick work. They help you feel right about who is taking care of your vehicle. Thanks guys!!

Friendly, quick, & honest service. Diagnosed & fixed a problem that I had been describing to Midas for two years & spent thousands of dollars trying to resolve. When I looked up the repair Monroe Car Care said I was needing, described was all the problems I had been having. Haven’t had an issue since the repair.

They were amazing and veyr helpful! I had called about 5-7 other places trying to find someone to check my car as the radiator hose blew, and I was from out of state with nowhere to stay if I couldn't get the car fixed. They told us come on down and get us in about 20 minutes later!They confirmed the issue and ordered a part from the dealer to be delivered that same day! (Yay dealer only parts right?)A while later we were out and on our way back home that same day! Would definitely recommend people in the area check them out!
