I went to see about a personnel loan. Spoke to Heather Day and told her how much for and what it was for. She sent the info up and said she would call me if we were preapproved. She called a day later sent docs to sign and said she would not be in Friday or Monday. Ok well Tuesday I sent her an email at 7 knowing they open at 9 and never got a reply back. I had some questions. I called at 1230 the next day and was pushed into her VM. She never called me or email me nothing. I felt this was completely rushed and I was ghosted by her. Clearly things were not explained well at all.

I used to tell people all the time when they asked what the best bank is to use for banking and loans. That MCCU was the bank for them. They used to be amazing and approve everything. But with the absolute horrible results I have had with them over the last 6 months trying to get a loan (was going to use a suv that booked at 14k that’s payed off and is a 2016 for collateral against the loan $3500) for them to hold. and a bank credit card to help rebuild my credit that is a 630. I was turned down. Because I had a hard ship time back in 2022 and fell behind on a few other loans for about 4 months but since then have not missed a payment and have 2 small things that are in Collections ($1100 worth) but they still say nope we can’t approve you because your past credit records. And my debit to income ratio is only at 18 percent. So I will no longer be telling people that ask what bank to go to. I will be telling them to stay clear of this bank they are horrible take there business to another one. Because this bank does not help people out like they used to do. I will be looking at other bank options that are there for the people. to help them out when they need the little extra help to finance things. And rebuild there credit and financial stand point to get back up on there feet. A very unhappy and unsatisfied customer that has been with your bank for over 12 years.

Members of my family including myself have been a part of MCCU for many years. The professional service that their team members provide is outstanding. A standout team member that we have had the pleasure to work with is Melaina Sclafani, she has been beyond helpful to my family and friends that I have refereed to her. I believe she is an incredible asset to MCCU, and it’s because of people like her that we remain loyal members. Keep up the outstanding work Melaina !!!

I have had the worse experience with this place. Been with them since 2015 after my divorce and the professionalism from the lady named Diamond was the worse experience ever. Didnt have dates or anything she spoke about right. Would not recommend! !!!!

My account this week was hacked and I had received scam calls acting as MCCCU. All employees were very helpful over the phone with my panic and also in person. Heidi in the call center was quick to know it was not me and contacted me ASAP, and Haley helped me open a new account with extra protection to ensure my money is safe. If it wasn't for them someone would have a house in my name already LOL thank you all again!!

I loved this bank when I started with them, but have had 4 bank hacks when all I use my card on is food and maybe Amazon once in a while. Very disappointed and frustrated. I have a family to take care of!

Heidi in the call center is extremely rude and disrespectful. My account was incorrectly disputed causing me a late fee on my bill and I still have yet to receive the money back. I had to pay double for my bill this month. When I called asking for help she called me a liar even though this was correctly confirmed two days prior by Jaimie in the call center who was helpful unfortunately I still have not received my refund from the incorrectly wrong disputed charge. I have called several times with no help. Heidi is going to cause me to leave the bank due to her extreme rudeness and disrespect to customers.

I called MCCCU, and asked about the process of depositing a large sum of cash. I was quoted the C.U.'s standard answer. I asked some questions about this, and she just replied by repeating the standard answer. I changed the question, she again replied with the standard answer. She couldn't/wouldn't confirm why the government wanted/ "needed" this form. Unless she is following the C.U's orders, maybe she should be given the authority to give clear answers.

Been a member for decades. Then all this on-line stuff started. On-line is great if it works all the time. I use on-line banking once a month, but each time the system says my user name and/or password doesn't work. Very frustrating. Every month I have to call and have MCCCU reset my password. What the hell good is on-line banking if I have to call-in every month to reset my password?

Horrible!! They just take money out of your account when they want to. They double charged you. This bank needs to be investigated.
