Been a member for decades. Then all this on-line stuff started. On-line is great if it works all the time. I use on-line banking once a month, but each time the system says my user name and/or password doesn't work. Very frustrating. Every month I have to call and have MCCCU reset my password. What the hell good is on-line banking if I have to call-in every month to reset my password?

They fail warn you about stuff to do with your vehicle loan and threaten you with higher payments. Saying theyve tried to reach me multiple times, never got a call. Then I try and get a timeline for something "there is no timeline it could happen tomorrow or today or a week". Yea needless to say I'm ready to just eat the debt and dump mcccu

If I could give zero stars I would!! Poor service! Rude staff! I am moving all of our accounts to Huntington. This Credit Union is NOT to be trusted!!! A lot more to this story. Take your money and RUN!!!!!

If I could give zero starts I would! Let me state that the credit union used it o be a wonderful place to bank! But somehow in the last 5 years they've had a huge employee turn over and less than stellar service. The tellers (with the exception of 2 of them) or horribly rude! When my account was compromised they told me there was nothing they could do. They've frozen my checking account in multiple occasions when I've had money in it. It is exasperating! I've limited my banking with them and switched to another bank.

Hours posted are chronically wrong, pictures on Google wrong which both are unacceptable on today's internet. Please update/improve online presence.Also it is close to impossible to move money out to other institutions with out some trendy money app. How can I trust my money with your app is you can't even get your hours right?

I'm not sure what they're good at but it's not customer service, speed of service, loans unless you have perfect credit... awesome community vibe... not! And after waiting 45 minutes in 1 of 4 lines today just to get my money I'll be closing this account because every time I come here is like this.

When it comes to dealing with us; services, no outrageous fees, and back when we needed a Car Loan? Of 48 years in Michigan, it is the Best Financial Institution I've ever been with; hands down.

All other banks have opened thier lobbies. This one will not and have no plan in the works. The drive thru is a safety hazard as there are walk ups.
